We can bid from drawings, plans, or onsite measurements.  You can choose to option out, in the proposal, different areas of the stair and can include as many upgrade options as you want.  We will taylor bids to your specifications to ensure efficiency with your internal systems.  Each final bid comes with a proposal page and drawing.  We do residential and commercial work and install to the latest IRC Code and/or code that you would like us to install to.  We can meet with your customers to talk about options and selections if you would.  We have been in the turnkey stair industry for over 16 years and turnkey most projects, but will sell you the parts if you choose to use a different labor source.  The advantage to a turnkey stair is that you do not have to worry about lost, stolen, or damaged stair parts, and having to re-order.  Good quality is consistent, we do the scheduling, and it just take one call or email from you to get things started.  Also, you do not have to worry about take offs or ordering the material in time for it to be installed as we monitor each job site from the time a purchase order or signed contract is received.  We realize that stairs can take up a lot of time.  We are very efficient at what we do so you or your project manager can spend time getting other important things taken care of.  Model home discounts are available upon request to qualified builders.

From time to time we have stair parts available at a large discount.  These items are usually limited to hand rail, newels and balusters that have been discontinued or over stocked.  Please give us a call if you have a small job that could use these stair parts and we will see how we can help.
